2. Both X & Z axis use Siemens Servo Motor to drive the lathe. even the conventional type, we also use servo motor.

3. 8 jaws heavy duty chuck with automatic positioning function that prevent the work-piece slips from the chuck.

4. Installed MPG(Manual Pulse Generator) , which is much more convenient for the operator to realize tool setting and adjustment.

5. We use High precision planetary reduction box for transmission , and high precision Planetary reduction box and gear to realize automatic feed, while other company use the sync wheel and belt. Which has poor accuracy, and using some time, it shall happen and appear big gap/space, which greatly affect machine accuracy and stability.
