Machine Overall layout

The overall layout is the movable gantry work table of symmetric structure,including working table base,working table ,left and right column, beam, slide carriage, Hydraulic system etc.

It’s a is a frame structure made from the left and right column, the beam and the working table is equipped with high rigidity iron with adopting resin - coated sand shell casting process, after casting process, do artificial aging annealing treatment for the part, after rough machining, do the second vibrating aging treatment.

The casting has high quality without crack,stomata,shrinkage and White tissue.After two artificial aging treatment, the casting has a stable structure and ensure the chemical composition,rigidity and stability of the material.Product quality certificate provide the analysis of chemical composition of cast iron,heat treatment report and heat treatment temperature time curve.

The machine has three CNC feed axis and three axis linkage achieving high speed and high precision mold processing and also large torque and heavy cutting machine processing.

The three axis of the machine tool has strict hard and soft limit double insurance,safety protection to To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the machine tool.

The machine has a metal telescopic protective cover and the guide of the cross beam is used in the protection of the accordion.

Working table base and working table

The working table is used to reinforce the square box To increase the density of the tendon of the junction of the base and column.Greatly improve the rigidity of the machine tool and machine tool's ability to resist distortion.

We Install vertical high density reinforcing bar below the track directly undertake the weight of the workpiece and table to avoid the entire machine in a suspended state and improve the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the machine.

The working table uses high density square box and reinforced bar made from special selection of high strength cast iron. We increase the height of the work table to avoid the deformation of the beam .

Spindle Motor

The spindle motor is a broadband speed AC servo motor, which realizes high torque output with low speed and high speed processing to finish a good roughness, so that it is particularly suitable for heavy cutting machine and mold parts machining.

The spindle uses Japanese famous brand bearing—p4 grade precision. It ensures a high accuracy, durability and stability.

Hydraulic System

This machine adopts independent hydraulic station, the main pump, valve, hydraulic parts are all made of imported products with high stability, low failure rate, low noise. The hydraulic circuit is simple and unblocked, which is equipped with automatic temperature control device to ensure the working stability and extend the using life.

Control System

The Gantry CNC milling lathe machine can be installed SIMENS 828D CNC Control system or Mitsubish or FANUC control. It has high speed, high precision and high stability features and widely used for machining complex surface of work-pieces. The machine has X,Y,Z three feed axis, which can realize three axis association.
